Buckles

I just ordered 50 buckles!!! :D

I bought them on amazon.co.uk since they cost buckets of money over herr per piece. I found them even cheaper online on aliexpress.com but then I would have to possibly wait a month for them and I don't want to. :P So they cost me like 70kr (12$) with shipping. It's a little expensive for such little things but I'm way excited to work on my project and this is one of the next steps. It will be here by next friday or a couple of days after that. I hope I get them quick. :)

Started up again.

So I've finally started up on my project again. It's been a while. I got busy with school, clinicals and gymnastics.

I figured out how I was going to do the detailing on the arm. I just used a hot knife and used the flat edged tool and melted the piece where the lines are. I then glued the 3 pieces together.


The lines aren't perfect but oh well. Next time I'll have to do something about that. Plus one of the pieces is totally crooked but I did that on purpose since it looked nicer. I'm hoping you can't see it too much when I have the whole costume on. Oh yeah, and I might have messed up cutting up the base piece. I used two off the same arm. Whoops... again just a detail. (This is more like a practice anyway. :P)

I haven't bought clips yet so that's why I'm using rubber bands for now. I'll have to order some online or just the used stores for old backpacks or something. Well I've got to get back to work. I'll upload blog again when the next set is done. :)
